Russ, that feed looks awesome for this time of year. Wish I had that to flush cows before breeding in 30 days.

We are going to try ferappease on the sale cattle this year just as an experiment. We are clipping this weekend. We use ace when we clip and torch to keep them calm, but on video day we bring them in the chute, Blow them clean and touch up with clippers then turn them into the video pen. White tarps on the fence, at least three strangers in the pen with them and by themselves. Pretty stressful situation. We have tried introducing them to the pen prior, tried putting the tarps in the their pens prior, bringing in neighbors to walk thru them prior to video day. It all helps but still a day they get worked up more than they should. So this year we are going to dose them with ferappease when we clip. Video day we are going to give them another dose of ferappease and see if it calms them down a tic.

I tried it last spring on a few bulls that were a little high strung (not yours) when we delivered, especially when we had to have a single for the last drop. It did help I thought on most of them. I am not convinced it is the miracle formula we are all looking for but if it helps at any point in the production cycle whatever we are doing then it is well worth the investment and time to use it. Just my two cents for this morning.
