Gleaner offered as an option a cab that tilted forward to haul it on a truck flatbed.  If I remember correctly, you raised the head, unlatched the cab behind the seat, and stuck a couple of pins into two pipes on each side of the cab that were actually two pipes one inside of the other so they could extend..  Then when you lowered the head, the cab tilted forward, and you did the same thing in reverse to raise it back up.
