Nw Iowa | Yeah Rick, I understand and agree kids would rather split up a investment account or some farmland. But I understand fact that if you can and want, I guess go for it. 140000 though is abit more than a 25000 4020. I guess I would rather go to Rantoul, watch somebody else haul, unload, hitch up, fuel up and than not cry when something falls apart and than get it home again while my biggest problem is where to eat lunch! .
