Last month I picked up the meat from a hog I purchased from another local farmer - Berk cross they had delivered to locker. Farmer charged me $1.65/lb hanging weight + processing ended up being another $1.60/lb. Ended up being right at $500 Total for the processed pork. Eastern Iowa location.
