Used to fall plow 800-900 acres a year with one 16" and a 18" 700 and a 710 in the same fields, couldn't tell the difference in finished plowing between the two.
Sandy ground plowed nice,peat pushy ground didn't scour at all,heavy clay gumbo left slabs,some fields we would have all three in the same round, with all the different soil types there was never a straight furrow.lol.
IH 700 plow is 18 to 16 possible
