SE IL | If you read the whole thread I said replant, prevent plant and yes hail would all be eliminated from the federal side. Simplify it to revenue only. The other things could be sold/bought private. Kind of like with health insurance too many people paying for the coverages that otherwise wouldn’t buy them because their risk is very low. We replant a ton around here but many don’t. Same with prevent plant. | |
