Leesburg, Ohio | Our nice Petes with 13 or 18 speeds are sitting this fall, and we are using a couple used fleet 660KW's with 10 speed auto-shifts for harvest.
Had to put a clutch in one. The other may need one before long.
So far no issues with the auto shift transmissions, and boy are they really nice getting around back roads and fields.
These trucks were no big powerhouses when we got them, but a quick re-flash fixed all that.
I wouldn't be afraid of auto-shift trucks at all. | |
