Like everything else in gov it’s way too complicated. I like the idea above make it enterprise units only. Not prevent plant, replant, hail and extras. Use the harvest price option and don’t allow options on all the trend adjust yield exclusions stuff. Make it a very simple buy 60-70-80% revenue insurance. | |
