Buhl, ID
Sustain III is a good call. Any of the Sulfa family drugs including Albon are effective on E Coli. It helped me when I had covid. Break the pills in to little pieces with a hammer and wash down with OJ. It has a dehydrating effect on the gut so it slows the runs, but I couldn't poop for two days haha

I've had best results with SpectoGard and we even use it for Coli mastitis. Shoot 20cc up the teat a couple days in a row and it clears right up, but hide the bottle from the inspector because it's not labeled for that use.

I've seen 0 benefit from probiotics and electrolytes but that's just my experience on dairy calves.
