Extremely hard bunch to work with. Seems to be a top down problem. All the guys that finally showed up to do the work (gas and electric) were great. Way too many engineers and executives sitting around offices drawing pictures and reviewing what the other office has already reviewed. Waiting 10 months for power when it's 200 yards away is ridiculous.
