Thought of you a couple weeks ago when a guy at work was grumbling about the problems he was having with Consumers installing his electric service to his new house.  Surprise surprise they were behind and his was supposed to be buried and they dropped off a bunch of poles.  Made some calls and they admitted they dropped supplies off for the wrong job that of course put them further behind.
