Need a little containment, splash guard to save on sweeping. Walking on beans can put you upside down in a hurry. Be safe

Elevator has a hinged, 1/4 thick by 8 or 10 inch tall piece of steel the width of the grate that swings up to control the splatter on their pits.
One pulls up with a short chain, the other uses a separate 3 foot (?)long rod with a hook to pull it up (this one also has hinged end caps that can be swung into position when it's raised).
