Going to be very opinionated on this one for the guys planting Ambrosia/incredible etc. Pioneer gave us some to plant. It was isolated in staggered plantings so it did not cross pollinate. There is absolutely no comparison in eating quality and holding quality comparing extra tender (277) to the older varieties. Please just try some you will see what I mean.
