| We had a 2005 2377 that I loved and treated us very well. My intentions were always to trade it for a 60/7088, until it became obvious that going to a really nice 8010 was same or less monies. Have some other good friends who have made basically similar trades, and nobody has wanted to go back.
If you're willing to do the wrenching pre-season, aftermarket parts availability and updates for some of the things that were problematic from IH OEM are both vastly better than they were a few years ago. There's not many bolts I haven't touched on our machine at this point, but today we changed out what I believe was the factory alternator at 3700-something engine hours. A 1460 would have roached about five alternators by that point.... |
