West Central Indiana | Few days ago, I commented on a post that a flip over reel was not the fix for all wrapping problems in beans because I was having a lot of trouble with my 2018 635FD. I bought it from a retirement sale, and it only had 50 hours on it. Started looking harder to find a problem and finally did. On the left-hand side of the reel that was the one giving me the most trouble they (whoever put the head together) Had installed the plastic wrapping things to help push the beans out of there in the wrong direction. It was making them actually grab and wrap more. Here some pics. Point is check everything over if something is giving trouble and just don't assume it's been installed correct from the dealer. Edit: Top pic is wrong should be swept back like bottom pic that was on the other side.
