Many years ago I had a girlfriend in southern MN.  When I saw her dad's almost new combine I made a comment on it and he said the wife wasn't happy about that.   They had a chunk of money saved up to put up a new house and one day he drove that new combine into the yard and said to wife look, there's your new house.
