West Central IL | I think you will be good to go but would like others said flare the top out and put a pipe around the top so it has a round edge to flow over. Not sure but if the plow is buried to almost max depth would want the top to taller. If not running that deep leave it where its at.
Just don't pitch up fast to take the plow out of the ground.
