As long as the elevation is favorable, same pump that you use to go across the yard will just as easily go 2500’.
But, you use larger pipe for that distance. Instead of 3/4 or 1”, would be looking at 1 1/4 or 1 1/2”.
If the elevation is unfavorable
(pumping uphill
), then you need either a larger pump, or accept a lower flow rate.
