SW MO | 2012 5088...header height indicator and chaffer and shoe indicator were going haywire. Numbers bouncing all over the place. Eventually all three quit reading on the A post at all. Error 46.4 flashing...voltage to CXCM.
Chaffer and shoe are still adjusting on the side of the combine but not from inside the cab. Header still goes up and down but very fast and the reel is turning full thorttle (corn head roll cones on 4406). Sieves are gradually opening up all the way if I adjust on the side of the combine and run it.
I replaced the wiring harness to the actuator and grain loss sensors in the rear of the combine thinking a wire had shaken loose...no change in any behavior. I've looked over all the wiring and checked the grounds and cannot find anything that looks abnormal. Un plugged header height sensor and unplugged chaffer actuator and doesn't make a difference...everytime I start the combine error 46.4 comes on and I have just dashes for header height indicator and shoe and chaffer adjustments.
