Subject: New to me 185CFM air compressor, do I need to keep this stuff mounted on it?

West Central Iowa
I picked up a fixer upper air compressor and after some injection pump work and a bunch of smaller things I think I have it running pretty well. At least it worked well blowing my combine off yesterday. I would like to mount a hose reel on it, but what I think are lubricators for air tools are kind of in the way. Looking at ones for sale, none of them have anything like these on them. Any good reason to keep them on there. Besides blowing equipment off it may get used for sandblasting too.

Thanks!
