Punctuality also applies to those who have to be early everywhere as well. While it may be considered ok to be early i find it an annoyance if more than 5 minutes as i may not be ready.
I am really annoyed with doctors offices that set an an appt time but expect you to be 15 min early. Why not just set the time 15 min earlier?
