Thank you each for your input and thinking. Will consider further, really like the idea of shares as we farm down in the far southern part of state where we dont have the conditions/market for dry-beans and beets, but would love to indirectly diversify our downstate operation by renting our 80 in Huron county on shares vs. just going cash rent.
