Also, its a mandated line of code. The government isn't paying text messaging rate, they just mandate the Telcoms to code for it, so all they're going to do in Washington is click a few things on a computer and that's it.
Similar to NWS alerts, which what's your opinion on the NWS and all their radars and computers, or don't you believe in meteorology and weather forecasts either? | |
