NCKS | Priorities? I'd go in this order
1. Combine and header-A well taken care of case 2388 with 30ft flex head
2. Your own sprayer and tender-biggest profit center on the farm. Only second in line because no real farmer is going to leave harvesting their crop to someone else.-deere 4730 and whatever you can cobble together for a tender
3. 200hp Tractor and 30ft drill-you can do a lot with an 8000 or 8010 series deere. I'd go with a nice used box drill like a great plains or landoll. People will say buy a deere, but there is no such thing as a cheap deere notill drill. It's either crazy expensive or needs a complete rebuild...
4. Grain Cart (preferably 1000bu. It's amazing the difference in efficiency between 850 and 1000)
5. Semi and grain trailer-cheap and reliable.... | |
