SE MN | Likely the controller in the cab. I called Nebraska last year and they had just put the last one in the country into a 99 in the shop. Maybe they have more in stock now. There is a place in Canada called Farmtronics that sells an aftermarket version for about $750.
I replaced it with one of these. It doesn't adjust for ground speed, but I didn't like that feature much anyway.
