If askng is $800,000,and it has been on the market long enough for you to think about, it is probably priced to high.
I would figure what you can make work and offer that.
Just tell them this may not be what it is worth but it is what I can pay. If it is owned by an 83 year old woman with this property and a million in the bank, the money probably is not as big a deal as it could be. | |
