I have a hay customer that if he comes to pick hay up is consistently late. It's usually a sale small enough I'd rather not deal with as well. He's a chiropractor at his day job so it's interesting to me that he can be anywhere from 30-60 min late here without a call but can run his practice timely., or maybe he doesnt?
