West central IL
I’m the opposite. I see guys talk about this every year and I wonder how many can truly avoid this issue. Here in central IL, late sept and early Oct is often hot and breezy. You’ve got 14.5% beans in the morning and 11% in the evening pretty much every year. I’m amazed there’s somewhere that beans that go from 13.5% first thing to 12.5% in the evening even exists.
