You may be able to lease the hunting rights for quite a bit.
Any marketable timber (walnut or white oak) in those woods?
Woods could be the most profitable part of that place.
Or could be worth nothing.
Problem I see for young people in this area is you don’t have many other options. Maybe look further away from Columbus?
