Mid Michigan | I agree. That place is for a 55 year old married couple that already has $600,000 cash sitting around ready to buy it. I can't in my wildest dreams imagine a 19 year old making $50,000 dollar mortgage payments in a year. Most 19 year olds can't come up with $500 a month to rent an apartment let alone $5500 a month for a farm payment. Then you need another $40,000 a year for food, heat, taxes, car insurance, health insurance co pays, etc. Why would you ever think this is possible? Not even any mention of a job currently. Maybe at the co-op someday? What, making $20 dollars an hour? | |
