Northeast Indiana | We have 2 and haven't had any trouble at all. One is a 2009 and the other a 2019. The 2019 is a little nicer trailer. All aluminum grain trailers bow in the center when loaded, to say otherwise is just a lie. There have also been plenty of threads about older Wilson and Tempte's having issues. All equipment is subject to issues. We've been really happy with our Stoughtons. Obviously Wilson and Timpte make a good trailer, but the Stoughtons are good trailers also. Seems like a lot of the negative reports are not first hand and hearsay. I've never heard of a Stoughton having any issues related to the bowing when loaded, but have seen pictures of Wilsons and Timptes buckled when loaded. Just like anything, how they are treated go a long way for longevity. | |
