Nothing. But if the landlord allowed it, guessing the next rent check would be pretty skimpy.

If you can't drag in inflated yields, rent parity takes care of itself.

Therein lies the problem...in my area, yields are the tale of two worlds. If you exist in good dirt, you can bring inflated yields to other areas of the same county and rent poach.
