Hey, I'm all for abolishing all subsidies everywhere in all walks of life. Everyone is subsidized. Combines cost $750k so the union that works for JD can get paid. Passed right through the farmer's hands. Heck, start with the farms so I can level and drain things like I want and push every tree out and reduce my taxes.

Subsidies are about control there Joey. They are working on wealth redistribution now with the guise of helping the underserved but getting things in weak hands so the elite hands can scrape it all up in the not to distant future.

The union worker and company came to an agreement, neither one received government subsides to reach that agreement.
