Don't create a nightmare for yourself. You are still way young be patient and keep looking. Starting off right will make your life go a whole lot better.
+ 1,000 ...interest rates, inflation jmho but looks like some tough times for a few yrs.... grains/oilseed/hog prices down 25% from highs and expenses overall up...
And I know being young is a big advantage , but anything over a 20 yr. mortgage is too much interest vs. principlal unless there is run away inflation
