Mac, by looking at other listings in that area it seems homes are quite costly. Is there any portion of this farm that you could eventually develop? Any back acres on a roadway? I’m in the camp of buying but not with a lender that won’t let you split to expand your ability to pay this off. Get it paid off and sell it and use that to springboard to a larger acreage.IMO.
