NW Indiana | I'll stick with my thoughts that its bad for all of ag based on things I said above but to touch on what you are trying to get at something along those lines would be great if everyone in an area had similar payout ratios but when certain operations have significantly higher payout ratios I don't think your suggestion solves that. Having seen a payout ratio on a list of operations I would go on a limb and say even if it was the same field different operations will have different payout ratios but fraud isn't a problem (insert eye roll).
BTW great to see you post again, hopefully you have a good crop in your area.
