nc ks | I would think most of that would have been done anyway as those things don't give you the return you would want as yields go down, but it is also a very true statement that if it did do any good it would just reduce the insurance check.
They are starting to be offer insurance on double crops here and I hate it because double crops were our gravy money when everyone else was too scared to take the risk, so you have some validity to the crop insurance point. My point is that it isn't going to help the guys that a lot of these guys want it to help. It will result in mega farms very fast. | |
