I guess the 'poor guys' I was referring to weren't the stupid ones like a lot of people that bought houses they couldn't afford. I'm talking about the smart hard working young guys that have their ducks in a row but wouldn't be able to secure a loan from a bank without the crop insurance guarantee and not because he wouldn't be good for it but because that is just bank policy.
