Subsidize the beginning farmer up to $10,000 per year or 50 percent whichever is less for the first 10 years.

No subsidizing crop insurance after the first 10 years.

Insurance companies like money, will still be crop insurance.

Making beginning farmer loans for livestock workable would also help.

I’m currently trying to help a young guy on a cattle deal, we are completely skipping the FSA.
