Nothing in what you posted says what form written notice has to be in.
Text is writing, now the party that was sent to could claim they never received the text. Same as sending written notice via non certified registered mail.
If I was going to terminate a tenant wouldn't do it by text. It would first be by verbal communication followed in writing sent by certified mail. |
