| Are you using a made for hydraulic application ozring or one from a kit?
Hydraulic o-rings are special in hardness so an off the shelf one won't work long.
If it doesn't seal with a proper hydraulic rated o-ring, then odds are extremely strong the housing is cracked or the valve is bad/cracked. Possibly the boss where the o-ring seals is also deformed somehow.
You will need to find the root cause of the leak, I don't believe any sort of band aid fix will work, at least they never have for me.
