Have you looked at a map of the Harris Ranch superchargers in Coalinga, CA? If you get two blocks from the superchargers, you're out in an orchard of some sort. There are 98 charging bays there. The new Tesla chargers in Billings comprise a set of 12. Twelve stations are served by a 1000 KVA transformer. So 96 of them would need 8,000 KVA service. Here is a picture of a 4,000 KVA Gen-set. I don't think it will fit behind the Shell station and not show up on Google maps.
And the second pic is of the Shell station near the chargers. Hiding behind the station you say? Ha!
