Nw Iowa | But than you are saying you need crop insurance to survive and Iowa doesn’t.. So should Iowa guy pay a premium that he very rarely gets back to support areas that almost always get something out of their insurance? Has insurance encouraged cropping in areas that without insurance it would be into something that would not be cropped? . It is hard to believe to a Iowan that crop insurance is subsidized heavily by the government when payment that he makes, he hardly ever has a claim while other areas routinely get a insurance check? | |
