If they replaced the battery under warranty and discovered an issue with the electrical system why would they even release the car? I would also question why they would warranty a battery on a salvaged titled machine. Usually something like that will void warranty from any manufacture. Recall some 1480's that the RR had issues with during shipment, local farmer bought them from the insurance company but they came with no warranty from IHC. 

However this is not bashing Tesla but actually an observation about how much control we have allowed to slip through our fingers. GM and ON Star would be another system. The Ag world is no better. If I buy something I do not want to think that I do not have control of it. Any system that can unlock your doors for you can also lock them on you. That may not turn out the way one would hope. Tech stuff is OK until it is not.
