nc ks | It never ends. Seems like a big push to find out the inner workings of all the entities. On the last giveaway, they wanted my dad's trust to find out who all the heirs were and what was going to be designated to who. I said it doesn't really matter at this point as my mom owns that trust and receives all the income from it and I gave them the part of the trust that proves that. They wouldn't relent so we didn't do the program. Nothing here to hide, just don't feel like that needs to be public knowledge. We put it in a trust for reasons, and one very minor one is so it won't be probate in the paper. If you can't tell, I don't trust them and we all know at some point redistribution is coming. | |
