Subject: Gleaner R7 P1 processor help

Higginsville, MO
Is there anyone that has hyper modded a P1 to channel helical bars on here? My flat stock bars were getting some wear and since i had the rotor out id figure id update to channels. Rotor loss is way too high from what it was last year. Corns 170 to 200 avg and 16 to 17% moisture. Im going to install cage fingers to see if that will help but getting too much cracked grain. Running rotor at 300 rpms and concave about 1 inch or just enough cob rolls through. Only had around a bushel an acre loss total last year in same yeild, not 3 plus like it is now. I get the idea of hyper moding these things but should of just left it alone.
