S Illinois		BTO’s are not BTO’s because of crop insurance or games some think they play. They are that way because most are very good farmers that leverage scale. You may need $100-150 on each acre. The will do it if they clear $50. Elimination of crop insurance subsidies won’t change that dynamic.
