SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass!

Waterlooiowa - 9/29/2023 16:16 A while back their was a case where an old lady gave all of her money to a retirement home she had little contact with,I think her mother may have been there 20 years earlier'Her nephews contested the will and got it thrown out because they said the lawyer that wrote it was in charge of fundraising for the retirement home and that her previous will had the nephews getting roughly 3/4 of it with several others getting 10,000. gifts each... My question is what did they have to do to find out what the previous will said.

Where there's a will there's a way around it. all it takes is money!
