| If he charges parking he would have to have liability insurance.
Since he is not charging his liability would be considerably less, probably none at all.
I would sure hate to have to go to court to prove that though.
I don't think you over reacted.
Most superintendents do not have a clue how a business works. They simply do not have experience with the cost and logistics of equipment.
Often the school in general expects folks to give them everything.
Just in general, doing business with any government entity is not going to go well for someone who is trying to be fair or help out. | |
