Durant EC Iowa | Been through this. If they contested it right they should have contested the current and all previous wills. In that way all wills, if they have not been destroyed by the attorney or lady, are produced during discovery phase of trial. Even if they did not contest all wills they would still probably be produced during discovery.
One more reason to be sure if you have had multiple wills throughout the years to be sure old wills have been destroyed. | |
